To enroll in Xactimate Mobile course, you must meet the following prerequisites:
- Be familiar with Xactimate
- To use the Lidar function, you must have an iPhone 12 Pro or Pro Max and higher or an iPad Pro 2020 or higher. Android phones or Android tablets can be utilized, but Android devices do not have the Lidar functionality.
- You must have a copy of Xactimate Pro, which comes with Xactimate mobile.

With a background spanning managerial and field adjuster roles across various firms, including Renfroe, The Best Claims Solutions, David Morse & Associates, and Brush Country, he offers valuable insights. His expertise encompasses both Catastrophe and Day Claims, augmented by qualifications such as a Part 107 Drone pilot's license and IICRC certifications in Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Furthermore, he is a certified Wind Storm Appraiser/Umpire and embarked on his adjusting career in 2011. As a military veteran and business owner, he takes pride in delivering top-notch instruction and guidance.

He holds a degree in construction, started his construction career in 1989, has been a licensed Florida Contractor since 2000, and has been Haag certified and a business owner .
